Today, I was about to get hit by a Giant Truck

"I was trying to cross the road and as I reached the center of the road, there was a giant truck coming very fast towards me and I was about to become a victim of an accident. Suddenly, I decided to turn backward to save my life. Somehow I managed to save my life."
The moment I reached back to my place, I started to wonder why didn't I see the Truck coming on my way!!
While, I was struggling to find an answer, I opened my eyes to realize that it was just a dream.

For a moment, I could not find an answer for why I saw such a dream but few seconds later I realized that it was a small reminder that "Life is a gift and we will have to make the best out of it as long as we are alive."
I asked myself, "What if it was for real?", "What if I got hit at that time?"
I couldn't find any answer but one i.e. "It doesn't matter "What If" but what matters is that Everything is alright at this moment and I can treat it as an opportunity to make my life even more productive."

Later in the evening, I was listening to the speech by Ms. Laura on 'How to take control of your free time' which made me realize that when we say, "I don't have time, it actually means 'It's not my priority'."
Similarly, we can always find time to do things that really matter to us. There are 24*7=168 hours in a week and things that matter to us, usually take less of our time but give us a lot of peace. Hence, we must always schedule our priorities instead of prioritizing our schedule.

Things I Learned Today:
  1. Taking a Nap in the afternoon, can give you a lot of peace.
  2. "Even if you are busy, you will find time to do what really matters", Laura
  3. Everything happens for good. We know very little about life so we don't really understand this fact very easily.
  4. People may enter in our life for any reason, but they actually stay longer for what we really are.
  5. As long as you are fulfilling all your responsibilities, it is acceptable to spend time doing what you really love. (Lesson Credits: Rupali Kumari)
  6. You may be good, you might have done good, or in fact, you might have made someone feel good, but never give credit to yourself for the same. (Lesson Credits: Rupali Kumari)

Keep Learning 😃
