A Day When I Came Across A Ticket Checker In A Bus.

I was sitting on a front seat, located on the left side of the driver’s seat, next to window when the ticket checker came forward. After checking few tickets, he requested my ticket, I pulled the ticket out of my wallet and handed over to it. He gave me an angry look as soon as he checked the ticket and then looked at the conductor, giving him a gesture to ask, “What is this?”

I could sense that I have given the wrong ticket, I checked my wallet, it carried tens of bus tickets and I was not sure which one was of today, yet my eyes went on another single ticket lying on the other side of my wallet. I gave the second ticket to him and he asked from where I departed. “Mayiopatti”, I replied. He still confirmed the same from the bus conductor.

Few moments before the ticket checker came, one of the twin girls was looking at me, I knew that she wasn’t the one mentioned in “An Unknown Girl That Made Me Smile In A Bus.”, yet I still smiled at her and she smiled back, few seconds later I realized that she may be thinking that I must have thought her as her sister because she started telling something to her sister who was standing right behind her and they giggled, I ignored the situation and carried on with my work.

When the situation with a Ticket Checker occurred, they both were looking at me. I don’t know how or why, but I started smiling at both of them, they both smiled back in unison.

I kept blushing during rest of the journey until I reached my destination.

It was an amazing experience which I can never forget.
